    List of Ingredients




    1 1/2 pnd. Spareribs
    4 tbs Butter
    1 large Potato, peeled and diced
    1 small Onion, diced
    4 tbs Coffee Barbecue sauce
    1/2 cup Cooked corn kernels
    1 tbs Caraway seeds
    1/2 cup Chopped chives
    To taste Coarse or kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

    Cover spareribs with salted water and bring to boil. Cook spareribs for 1 1/2 hours, drain and allow spareribs to cool until they can be easily handled.

    Bone spareibs and trim all visible fat. Discard bones and fat. Cut remaining meat into 1/2 inch cubes and reserve.

    Heat butter in a large saute pan, preferably with a non stick surface. Add potato and onion and cook until potato is tender.

    Add meat and Coffee Barbecue Sauce and cook until all ingredients are heated through. Stir in corn, caraway seeds, and chives and correct seasonings. Reserve.
