COMBINE ZESTY ITALIAN SALAD DRESSING, CAYANNE PEPPER (PINCH), SOY SAUCE (2 TBLS), GINGER (TBLSp, PEPPER (TEASP), CURRY (AS DESIRED IF DESIRED),GARLIC (AS DESIRED) INTO A LARGE BOWL. PLACE CHICKEN BREASTS IN BOWL AND LET SIT OVERNIGHT. IF BREASTS ARE FROZEN YOU MAY DEFORST THEM IN THE MICROWAVE SUBMERGED IN THE SAUCE (WORKS GREAT WHEN SHORT ON TIME!!) PLACE BREASTS IN BARBEQUE ON MED HEAT AND TOSS SMALL PIECES OF HARDWOOD (OAK,MESQUITE,CEDAR) ONTO FLAME TO PRODUCE SOME SMOKE. (THIS WILL NOT HURT YOUR GRILL) TRUN AND BASTE WITH REMAINING SAUCE AS NEEDED UP TO 5 MIN BEFORE REOMVING FROM GRILL ( TO ENSURE ANY GERMS IN THE SAUCE ARE KILLED)HAS SLIGHT GARLIC AND WOODSY TASTE, WILL MELT IN YOUR MOUTH AWESOME!!!! GREAT WITH WILD RICE OR CORN. DON'T OVERCOOK THE CHICKEN!!
