    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    4oz. (w) Duck breast, sliced
    1/4 cup Red Onions, sliced
    1/4 cup Carrots, peeled and sliced
    1/4 cup Asparagus tips, blanched
    1/4 cup Portabello mushrooms, sliced
    2 oz (V) Blackberry Teriyaki
    2oz Teriyaki Sauce
    2Tbsp Blackberry Jam
    Creole seasoning to taste
    1/3 cup Rice sticks, uncooked

    Recipe



    1. In saute skillet, heat sesame oil. Add duck slices and saute for 2 minutes. Add carrots, onions, mushrooms, and asparagus. Cook for 2 minutes.

    2. Add seasoning and blackberry teriyaki. Bring to a boil. Lower heat and cook for 2 minutes.

    3. In another skillet, heat oil to 400 degrees. Put in rice sticks. They should inflate immediately. Turn sticks over to cook other side. Remove from oil and drain.

    4. Pour stir fry over rice sticks, enjoy.
