    Try adding a little vodka to the sauce to get that true "Bloody Mary" feel.


    List of Ingredients




    2 cups spicy vegetable juice cocktail
    28-oz can undrained diced or stewed tomatoes
    2 minced garlic cloves
    1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

    Recipe



    Pour juice and entire contents of can of tomatoes into a saucepan. Place over medium-high heat. Add garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Gently boil, uncovered and stir often. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips. When sauce is thickened, add chicken. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered and stirring often, until chicken is cooked, about 6 to 8 minutes. Spoon over hot pasta or rice.
