    List of Ingredients




    12 chicken thighs, skinned
    1 cup dry white wine
    1 teaspoon basil
    1 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    1 14-ounce jar sweet cherry peppers, undrained
    1 pound fresh mushrooms, halved

    Recipe



    Spray a 13x9-inch baking pan with non-stick vegetable spray.

    Place the chicken thighs in prepared baking pan.

    In a small bowl, combine wine, basil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; mix well. Pour over the chicken; cover and chill for 8 hours.

    Remove chicken from refrigerator; let stand for 30 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Brush butter on chicken; pour peppers and liquid over top. Cover the baking pan tightly with aluminum foil.

    Bake for 40 minutes. Uncover and add mushrooms. Bake, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
