List of Ingredients
One Chicken breast for each person (boneless and skinless)
Monterey Jack cheese
Dried Sweet Basil
Ground Cinnamon
Sour Cream
Mushroom Soup
dried onions Recipe
Slice a pocket into each Chicken Breast
The pocket should be big enough to hold a slice of cheese,
a sprinkle of Ground cinnamon, and some dried sweet basil.
Lightly saute each breast to seal the pocket.
Stir together sour cream and mushroom soup add in dried onions
to taste and some sweet basil to add some color.
Bake at 350 until the breasts are done completely.
Time varies according to size and number of breasts.
Serve immediately from the oven with white rice.
