List of Ingredients
6 6-oz. chicken breasts, grilled
1 large romaine heart
6 large flour tortillas
1 head lettuce, shredded
4 oz. Parmesan, grated
12 toothpicks
1 cup Caesar salad dressing Recipe
Lay tortillas out and trim to a band 6 inches wide. Lay romaine hearts on, placing round ends out. Each tortilla should have 2 to 3 hearts each. Divide chicken into strips and place over lettuce, letting some stick out the sides. Drizzle with dressing and sprinkle with cheese. Roll up so there is lettuce and chicken sticking out both ends. Put a toothpick on each end and cut into 2 pieces. Stand up each half on its end and sprinkle with more cheese.
Makes 12 servings.
