    List of Ingredients




    2 boneless, pound flat chicken breasts
    4 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
    1 bell pepper, julienned
    1 onion, julienned
    1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
    Marinade
    Egg wash

    Recipe



    Marinate chicken breast 2-4 hours.
    In sauce pan, sauté chicken on each side for 2 minutes only.
    Remove from pan. Set the pan aside.
    On puff pastry, cut into 4 sections. Carefully spread cream cheese in the middle.
    Layer 3-4 slices of bell pepper and onion. Top with the chicken.
    Brush the edges with egg wash.
    Fold the puff pastry over the chicken to close, and press to seal.
    Bake for 30 minutes @ 350 degrees.
