    Chicken with Whiskey Cream Sauce

    4 chicken breast fillets
    30grams butter
    1 teasp french mustard (mixed)
    15 grams butter (extra)
    2 green shallots
    1 Tabsp. flour
    1/2 cup chicken stock
    1/2 cup liquid cream
    2 T. whiskey
    1 T lemon juice
    1 T chopped parsley or coriander

    Recipe



    Melt butter (30 grams) in pan with mustard.
    brown chicken both sides, reduce heat, cover and cook
    for 5 minutes or until
    tender.
    Keep warm.

    Add extra butter, shallots and flour to pan juices,
    cook, stirring for a
    minute, gradually stir in stock.

    Stir until sauce boils and thickens.

    Add cream, whiskey, lemon juice and parsley.......or
    coriander!.... simmer
    for a few minutes.

    Serve over chicken.

    Scrumptious...and can always add more whiskey!!!!
