    2 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 cup mayonnaise
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon onion, grated
    1 cup celery, finely diced
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1 cup cooked rice
    1 teaspoon Elvis Style Jailhouse Rock Seasoning

    1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    2 tablespoons butter
    1 cup cornflakes, crumbled, and toasted in butter

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Prepare topping by toasting almonds and sautéing cornflakes in butter until lightly browned. Mix the almonds and cornflakes and set aside.

    Combine all other ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle topping on casserole. Bake for 30 minutes.
