    2 chicken breasts (skinless and diced)
    1 small onion (chopped)
    1/2tsp crushed garlic
    1/2tsp crushed ginger
    1tsp garam masala or Madras curry powder
    1/2tsp turmeric
    125ml chicken stock
    1/2 glass white wine
    125ml coconut cream (can)
    1 tomato chopped (flesh only)
    1 tsp chopped coriander
    drop of oil
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    In a saucepan, gently warm the oil to a medium heat. Fry the onion, garlic and ginger gently for five minutes. Stir in the garam masala and turmeric, add the chicken and fry gently for another two minutes. Add the wine and simmer until evaporated, then add the stock and simmer gently for 10 minutes.

    After this, stir in the coconut cream, chopped tomato and coriander. Bring to simmer once more and season. Serve with rice and tamarind chutney.
