    Honey-Butter Dipped Chicken

    4 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 cup warm honey
    1/4 cup prepared yellow mustard
    1 teaspoon salt
    Sprinkling of white pepper
    1 chicken, 3 to 3-1/2 pounds, cut into serving pieces

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

    Thoroughly mix melted butter, warm honey, mustard, salt, and white pepper in a shallow baking dish large enough to hold chicken pieces in a single layer.

    Use tongs to coat both sides of chicken pieces generously with honey-butter mixture.

    Bake chicken skin side down for 30 minutes. Turn chicken with tongs to baste. Bake skin side up for 30 minutes more. Baste chicken again and serve immediately.
