Chicken Breast, Boneless and Skinless 25 12 1/2 lbs.
Rose's Canadian Style Bacon, Sliced 25 Slices 1 lb. 1oz.
Pineapple Rings 25 Ringss 2-20 oz. Cans
Swiss Cheese, Sliced 3 1/2 in. Square 25 Slices 1 lb. 1 oz.
Oriental Sweet and Sour Sauce 3 1/8 Cups 1 lbs.
Recipe
Chicken Breast may be marinated or seasoned to taste, Spread chicken breasts out on foil lined baking sheet. Top each with Canadian Style Bacon and pineapple slice. Brush with sauce. Bake in hot 400 degree oven or broil 15 minutes. Top with Swiss cheese slice and continue to bake or broil until cheese melts. Heat remaining sauce and drizzle over all. Serve on a bed of rice if desired.
