    1 Foster Farms Roaster
    1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
    ¼ tsp. Paprika
    ¼ tsp. Salt
    ¼ tsp. Pepper
    ½ tsp. Dried Thyme Leaves, divided
    8 oz. Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
    2 medium Onions, peeled and cut in eighths
    4 Bacon Slices, chopped
    1 can (14.5 oz.) Diced Tomatoes, drained
    1 Bottle (12 oz.) Beer
    1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 TBS. packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp. Caraway
    2 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Heat oven to 350ºF. Remove giblets. Rinse chicken; pat dry. Place chicken in roasting pan. Brush with oil; sprinkle with paprika, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle ¼ teaspoon thyme in cavity. Place mushrooms, onions, bacon, and tomatoes around chicken. In medium bowl, mix beer, broth sugar, caraway, ¼ teaspoon thyme, and garlic. Pour mixture around chicken. Roast, uncovered, 60 to 90 minutes or until chicken juices run clear, baste every 20 minutes with juices. Let stand 10 minutes before carving. Spoon off excess fat from sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sauce with chicken.
