Parmesan Peppercorn Chicken Salad

List of Ingredients
2 1/2 pounds of cooked, ground chicken
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup green onions
1/2 cup celery
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
2 cups red seedless grapes
3 cups Parmesan Peppercorn DressingRecipe
Grind chicken to course.
Add sliced almonds, onions, celery, salt, cumin and garlic. Stir until
well-mixed
Mix in red grapes and parmesan peppercorn dressing.
Chill overnight. Serve on a bed of lettuce, on cantaloupe or pineapple
slices.
Makes 14 1/2 cup servings.

Wash hands before handling food, after handling raw foods and after any
interruption that may contaminate hands.
The Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing comes in large containers, so you will
be buying in bulk.
