    LB chicken thighs
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    2 Tablespoons oil
    2 Tablespoons butter
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1 Tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
    1/2 teaspoon rosemary
    1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

    Recipe



    Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.

    In a large skillet, heat oil and butter; brown chicken thighs over medium heat until tender, about 12 minutes, turning often. Add crushed garlic clove, lemon juice, and white wine. Bring to a boil, stirring, for 5 minutes. Stir in chopped parsley, rosemary, and red pepper flakes.
