    List of Ingredients

    3 duck breasts,
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt (seemed like a lot to me too, but it’s not)
    2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, minced
    1 tablespoon ground ginger
    5 garlic cloves, minced
    ½ cup butter, melted
    1 cup honey
    ¼ teaspoon dry mustard
    ¼ cup lemon juice
    ¼ cup sweet onions, minced
    1 tablespoon orange peel, grated
    ¼ cup orange juice

    Recipe

2 tablespoons cornstarch blended with equal part cold water
Preheat oven to 390 degrees. Combine pepper with next four ingredients. Rub mixture over both sides of duck breasts. Combine butter with next 7 ingredients. Place duck breasts in baking bag and pour one-half of the sauce over ducks. Bake for 45 minutes.

While baking, add remaining sauce to a small saucepan. Heat to boil, then add cornstarch mixture, a little at a time until sauce thickens.

NOTE: Oven temperatures vary, don’t overcook it! For each serving, place duck on plate and spoon sauce over.
