    List of Ingredients




    Teriyaki sauce Ingredients:
    4 cups hot water
    2 cups granulated sugar
    2 cups kikkoman soy sauce
    4 oz. fresh, chopped ginger root
    1 T. fresh, chopped garlic

    Recipe



    Chop ginger root and garlic fine. Add 1 cup water and boil for about 3-4 minutes. Put sugar in a large mixing bowl. Add remaining hot water. Mix until sugar is disolved. Add soy sauce, add cooked ginger and garlic mix and cool. Marinate: Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Fish in cooked sauce. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Grill chicken until done- pour sauce on top- serve.
