    Trenchtown Four-Thyme and Lime Chicken

    2 Chicken breasts

    Juice of 1 Lime
    5-6 Chopped green/spring onions
    2-3 Cloves of crushed garlic
    Handfull of chopped cilantro
    6 Tablespoons of melted butter
    1 Teaspoon of ground thyme
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    1. Put the chicken in a bowl
    2. Put in all the ingredients as the marinade for the chicken
    3. Store it overnight in the fridge
    4. Put the chicken in a roasting tin and cover with metal foil, or simply place on the grill.
    5. Grill as is or cook in an oven for about 45 mins at 350 farh. and then take of the foil to brown.
