List of Ingredients




4 chicken pieces
4 tbs butter
2 cloves garlic minced
1 1/2 tsp black pepper or less
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp garlic pdr
1/2 bay leaf[ don't use spine]crushed
Dried chili flakes to taste
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Tobasco sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
3 oz tomato paste

Recipe



Saute chicken pieces with butter and garlic until nicely browned
In the meantime heat oven to 350o and prepare rub
Combine black pepper,paprika,thyme,oregano,parsley,garlic pdr crushed bay leaf,chili flakes,salt,Tabasco,sugar and tomato paste in a small bowl
Remove chicken from skillet and coat with tomato mixture
Bake covered at 350o for 45 min to an hour depending on which chicken pieces you are using.
