Note From Raheli: I keep kosher, and here is a ramen recipe, i adapted from a popular Middle Eastern dish. Also keeping Jewiah Law, your not allowed to use any dairy products with meat! so make sure you use foods that were prepared under the supervision of rabbis!! (Also see the Footnotes section for more info on the asterisked items)
In a large frying pan add meat and the diced onions and cook untill meat is brown and onions are soft, drain fat, then set aside. In the same pan disove tomato paste with the water add the cumin, tumeric, cardamom ,salt and pepper, and bring to a simmer. Then add the harissa and the tomatoes, and keep simmering for about 10 minutes stiring every few minutes. Then add the meat and onion mix.
Next in an casarole dish break ramen in large chunks and arange in bottom of dish. Then pour the meat and sauce over the ramen. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 350F
Serve hot, and enjoy!!!!
