1 Package Shrimp Flavor Ramen
1 Cup Finely Chopped Celery
1 Cup Finely Chopped Green Onions
1 Cup Finely Chopped Shrimp
3 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
1/3 Teaspoon Ginger
3 medium eggs
Recipe
Heat a frying pan with 1/16" of oil. Sauté celery, onions and shrimp. Add the soy sauce and ginger and sauté an additional minute. At the same time, begin preparing the ramen noodles, but using only 1-1/4 cups of water. Cook noodles only 2-3 minutes. Beat eggs and set aside. Let sautéed mixture cool. Drain ramen noodles. Add in sautéed mixture with liquid. Stir ingredients until well-coated and add beaten egg. Spoon mixture into hot pan to make 4" omelets. Fry until golden brown.
Serves 1 or 2
