List of Ingredients




1 1/2 lbs lean ground pork or beef
2 onions
chili powder, to taste 4 tbls? couple tbls of cumin
salt 7 cups cooked brown rice
32 oz pinto beans, drained 16 oz diced green chiles
2 tomatoes


Recipe



cook meat in large skillet, drain
add onion, chili powder, cumin and salt
cook until onion is soft
stir in rice beans and diced chilis, heat through
Top with chopped tomatoes

serves abaout 10 truckies, or 13 engine lads
