Turducken Sausage Jambalaya

List of Ingredients
2 pounds or three links turducken sausage
2 medium onions
1/2 bell pepper
2 cups raw rice
4.5 cups water
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 teaspoon salt
1 bunch green onions
4 tablespoons parsley
3 tablespoons oilRecipe
Cut sausage into one-inch pieces. In a deep pot, brown the sausage in oil for about 30 minutes. Add onions, bell pepper and salt. Saute until tender. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, water, and rice. Cover, reduce heat to low, and stir occasionally until rice is cooked. Cover and cook 10 more minutes. Remove from heat. Gently stir in green onions and parsley. Recover and let set for another 15 minutes. Serve.
