    4 corn tortilla salad shells
    1 lb. rib-eye steak, cut into strips
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. oil
    1/2 cup spicy or mild picante sauce or salsa
    1/4 cup Italian salad dressing
    1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
    4 to 5 cups prewashed salad greens

    Recipe



    1. Heat salad shells according to package directions.
    2. In large skillet over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef, garlic and salt in hot oil, until beef is no longer pink.
    3. Remove beef from pan. Add picante sauce, salad dressing and tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
    4. Add beef. Heat through.
    5. Divide salad greens between corn shells. Spoon beef mixture over lettuce.
