    List of Ingredients




    1-pound can black eyed peas, rinsed
    2 handfuls diced ham
    1 red bell pepper, diced
    1 yellow bell pepper, diced
    1 green bell pepper, diced
    1 red onion, diced
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 splash red wine vinegar
    1 splash fresh squeezed lemon juice
    1 tablespoon cumin
    1 tablespoon granulated garlic
    1 bunch chopped cilantro leaves
    Salt and pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Toss together the peas, ham, peppers and onion. Stir in the olive oil, a splash of red wine vinegar, and a splash of fresh squeezed lemon juice. Mix in the cumin, granulated garlic, chopped cilantro and salt and pepper.
