    List of Ingredients




    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 cup finely grated hard boiled egg
    1/2 cup minced sweet gherkins
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped scallions with tops
    1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
    1 tablespoon cracked pepper
    1 cup shelled and coarsely chopped pecans
    3 cup cubed poached, boiled or grilled white chicken meat

    Recipe



    Mix mayonnaise, egg, gherkins, celery, scallions, mustard and pepper together and stir in pecans and chicken. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Serves 6-8.
