    4 c Cubed cooked potatoes
    6 sl Crispy cooked bacon;
    Crumble
    2 Hard-boiled egg; chopped
    3/4 c Chopped green pepper; (see
    1/2 c Chopped onion
    1/4 c Chopped parsley
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Pepper

    Recipe



    Combine ingredients; mix lightly. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
