    List of Ingredients




    ¼ C Basil Pesto-marinated artichoke hearts
    3-4 each green beans
    2 oz sliced grilled chicken
    2 oz sliced roast beef
    1-2 C mixed lettuces
    1-2 slices ripe tomato
    2 strips each cooked bacon
    2-3 sliced cheese
    1 each boiled egg, sliced
    1 each, bread slice, toasted

    Recipe



    1. Find a cylindrical food safe container about 3 inches across and 6 inches tall. Cut the bottom off if needed so container is open at both ends.
    2. On a large plate, place bread then cylinder on top of it. Layer ingredients as you desire, pressing down tightly and topping with bacon placed in an X shape.
    3. Place bamboo skewer or fondue fork right down the center, then pull container up off salad.
    4. This will leave you with a tower of salad on a stick.
    5. To eat, place a fork on top, remove the skewer, and topple the tower.
    6. Dress with your favorite dressing.
