List of Ingredients
5 lbs red potatoes
1 c olive oil
1/2 c white vinegar
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 lb crumbled feta cheese
1 bunch green onions -- chopped
5 1/2 c celery -- chopped
1/4 c black olives -- sliced
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Serves. 8-10 Wash the potatoes well and cut into 1î cubes. Boil them
in lightly salted water for 1 5-20 minutes. Drain and cool. Mix the
oil, vinegar and mustard. Add the potatoes and stir gently. Mix in
the feta, green onions and celery. Salt and pepper to taste and serve.
