    List of Ingredients




    1 head Boston lettuce
    1/2 bunch Watercress
    1/2 cup Fresh Fennel, sliced thin
    1 cup Fresh Flowers
    Fresh Chives

    Mist Dressing

    1/2 Red Wine Vinegar
    1 tsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
    1 cup Good Olive Oil

    Recipe



    Arrange the lettuce leaves on four chilled salad plates. Top each with a few stems of watercress, some sliced fennel and a sprinkle of fresh edible flowers. Mist with dressing and garnish with chives.

    Mist Dressing:
    Combine the ingredients in a plant mister and shake vigorously to combine. Spray lightly over the salad.
