    Yield: 4 to 6 servings.

    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds potatoes
    1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
    1 medium rib celery, finely chopped
    1 hard-cooked egg, chopped, optional
    1/2 teaspoon celery seed
    2 tablespoons diced pimentos
    Salt
    Ground black pepper
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Hendrickson's salad dressing and seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon Durkee's sandwich sauce, optional
    1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard

    Recipe



    Boil potatoes until tender. Let cool. Cube or slice potatoes;
    transfer to a large bowl. Add onion, celery, egg, celery seed,
    pimentos and salt and pepper to taste.

    In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, salad dressing, sandwich
    sauce and mustard. Pour over potatoes and refrigerate

    If mixture is dry, add more salad dressing just before serving.
