    List of Ingredients




    Salad:
    2 c Fresh Pineapple Chunks
    2 c Green Grapes
    1 can Mandarin Oranges, drained (11 oz.)
    1/2 c Sprouts
    1/2 c Toasted Slivered Almonds
    4 Grilled Chicken Breasts, cut into slices
    8 c Fresh Assorted Greens

    Dressing:
    3/4 c Canola Oil
    1/4 c Sesame Oil
    1/2 c Rice Vinegar
    1 t Salt
    2 T Sugar
    2 T Grated Orange Rind
    1/4 t Dried Crushed Red Pepper
    1 to 2 t Minced Fresh Ginger
    1 to 2 T Soy Sauce
    1/2 to 1 t Minced Garlic

    Recipe



    Dressing: Place all ingredients in food processor and process until smooth.


    Salad: Divide greens onto four plates or shallow bowls. Top each with one fourth of each ingredient. Drizzle with dressing
