    List of Ingredients

    Salad
1 English cucumber sliced lengthwise 1/6 of an inch
Sliced Romaine lettuce from 1 Head
    ¼ cup sliced onion
    2 tbl. Crumbled blue cheese
    3 Tbl. Dried Michigan Cherries
    2 Tbl. Chopped walnuts

    Dressing
    ½ cup Balsamic Vinegar
    1 Tsp. Fresh minced Garlic
    ¼ cup Virgin Olive Oil
    Pinch of salt

    Recipe

First boil the balsamic vinegar for 2 minutes to reduce then add the garlic, olive oil and salt. Blend well then set in the cooler to chill.

Next take the thin cucumber slices and make cylinders 5 inches round. (You will notice that the cucumbers will stick together at the ends to create the cylinder.

Place the romaine lettuce in the cylinder then top with the remaining ingredients.

Pour the dressing over just before serving!
