    Maple Honey Turkey Waldorf Salad

    List of Ingredients




    2 red Delicious apples
    1 t. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. Boar's Head Maple Glazed Honey Coat Turkey
    sliced 1/4 in. thick
    2 stalks of celery, diced
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonaise

    Recipe



    Core apples and coarsely chop. Place apples in glass bowl and toss with lemon juice.

    Cut turkey into bite-sized pieces.

    Add turkey, celery and walnuts to apples and toss with mayonnaise to coat entire mixture.

    Serve on lettuce leaf and garnish with whole walnuts.
