    List of Ingredients




    Boneless/Skinless Chicken breast 2 (¾ lbs. breasts)
    Thai dressing 2 tbsp
    Grilled red and green peppers - 1/4" julienne 1 red pepper
    1 green pepper
    Red onions - 1/4" julienne ½ medium onion
    Canned mandarin oranges 10 pieces
    Bean Sprouts 2 oz. wt. (1/8 lbs)
    Asian Noodles - fried 2 oz. wt. (1/8 lbs)
    Mesclun lettuce mix 4 oz.wt. (1/4 lbs)
    Iceberg Lettuce-cut 1"x 1" pieces 4 oz. wt. (1/4 lbs)
    Thai dressing ¾ cup
    Sesame Seeds (garnish) 1 tsp

    Recipe



    1. Place chicken breasts on grill and cook completely. Baste with Thai dressing. Transfer to a cutting board and julienne into l/4" thick pieces.

    2. In a stainless steel bowl mix lettuces together with half of remaining Thai dressing.

    3. Transfer to a decorative salad bowl.

    4. Place remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and toss with remaining Thai dressing. Pour ingredients over top of salad.

    5. Sprinkle salad with sesame seeds.

    Note: President's Choice Thai Dressing is recommended for this recipe.
