Steak Salad

List of Ingredients
# 4 Marinated culotte steaks
# 16 oz Spring mix lettuce
# 2 cup Shredded mozzarella
# 1 cup Diced tomatoes
# 1 cup Julienne carrots
# 2 Avocados
# ¾ cup White balsamic dressingRecipe
1. Grill steaks until medium.
2. Mix all ingredients except steak and place on plates.
3. Slice steaks into ¼" strips, cutting against the grain of the meat.
4. Top salads with sliced steaks.
