1 bunch broccoli, washed and trimmed
½ cup raisins
¼ cup walnuts
¼ cup minced red onion
½ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup apple cider vinegar
½ cup sugar, plus more to taste if desired

Chop broccoli to your preferred size.
In a bowl, mix together raisins, walnuts, red onion, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Stir in broccoli.
