This goes on vegetable OR fruit salads! If you warm this dressing, it is wonderful on broiled or grilled chicken or fish.

List of Ingredients




1/3 cup V-8 juice (Homemade style#116741)
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon lime zest, fresh
2 tablespoons oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red onions, chopped


Recipe



Using a blender or whisk, incorporate first six ingredients.
Stir in red onion.
Allow flavors to meld at least fifteen minutes.
