    BRONCO BILLY MEATBALL SANDWICH

    List of Ingredients




    6 submarine rolls (or deli buns)

    1 lb ground beef

    1 lb ground pork

    1/3 cup unseasoned bread crumbs

    1 small onion, chopped

    1 cup chopped Sweet Red Pepper

    1 tsp "Chuckwagon" Super All Purpose Seasoning

    1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

    2 sm cans sliced mushrooms

    1 tsp beef bouillon

    1 tsp “Nogales” Chili Powder

    1 tbsp olive oil

    2 cups parmesan cheese, grated

    Recipe



    Combine beef, pork, bread crumbs, onion, red pepper and Super All Purpose seasoning. Thoroughly blend all together. Shape into several 1" meat balls. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Combine tomato sauce, mushrooms, bouillon and Chili Powder and cook slowly until meatballs are done.



    Slice buns lenthways and brush oil on cut sides. Add cheese on top of the oil, put on a sheet of foil, put in broiler and heat until cheese melts. Combine the meatballs and sauce and spoon on between the slices.
