2 slices Texas toast
1/3 cup Monterrey jack cheese - grated
3 slices of cooked brisket (more to taste)

Spread outside of bread with butter. Layer the sandwich with brisket, cheese and sauce. You may also add jalapeños. Place the top slice on and grill in a Teflon® coated non-stick skillet. Makes 1 sandwich.
