    Recipe Introduction

    with blue cheese dipping sauce
    Servings: 12

    List of Ingredients

    4 chicken breasts without skin
    3/4 stick butter
    1 1/3 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon onion powder
    1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 dash white pepper
1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
1 head Boston Bibb lettuce leaves
    Blue cheese dipping sauce
    1 egg
    1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/2 tablespoon cider vinegar
    1/8 cup chopped onions
    1/8 cup chopped celery
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1 dash cayenne pepper
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 cup vegetable oil
    1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

    Recipe

Make the blue cheese dipping sauce first by placing all the ingredients except the oil and cheese into a blender and blending for 15 to 20 seconds. While continuing to blend, drizzle in the oil in a steady stream. Blend another 45 seconds and then fold in the blue cheese. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
In a bowl, add the seasonings (salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and white pepper) with the melted butter and Tabasco sauce. Mix well. Add the chicken and rub mixture into the chicken breasts with your hand and marinate for 30 minutes.

In a medium saucepan, heat up 1 cup of oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and fry for about 6 to 8 minutes. Remove, drain and slightly cool. Slice thinly. Then take the Boston Bibb lettuce and line with the thinly sliced buffalo chicken meat. Roll up into a roll. Dip into the blue cheese dipping sauce and have fun.
