    Chipotle Barbecue Sauce

    Measurement
    # 2 cups Pure Maple Syrup
    # 2 oz Whiskey
    # 1 cup Olive Oil
    # 2 cups Barbeque Sauce
    # 6 oz Chipotle peppers in adobo

    Procedure 1. In a sauce pot, flame off bourbon.

    2. Puree chipotle peppers in food processor.

    3. Combine pureed chipotle peppers, syrup, whiskey and bourbon and mix thoroughly.

    4. Place glaze mixture into large mixing bowl.

    5. Slowly add olive oil to mixture, incorporating with wire whip.

    Chipotle BBQ Steak Sandwich

    Ingredient
    # 1 7 oz Strip steak
    # 1 ea Hoagie roll (toasted)
    # 3 oz Chipotle BBQ sauce
    # 1 oz Fried onion straws
    # 1.5 oz Shredded mozzarella/cheddar cheese combo

    Procedure 1. Butterfly steak end to end and place on grill

    2. Baste with BBQ sauce throughout cooking process

    3. Top with cheese and cook until cheese is melted (about three minutes)

    4. Coat steak with sauce before taking off of the grill

    5. Place onion straws on the bottom of the bun then place steak on top

    Serves: 1
