    cups diced cooked chicken 500 mL
    1/2 cup each chopped celery, green pepper and apple 125 mL
    1/2 tsp each salt and curry powder 2 mL
    dash pepper dash
    1/3 cup HELLMANN'S® Real, Light, or Ultra Low Fat mayonnaise 75 mL
    1/4 cup sour cream 50 mL
    4 6 inch (15 cm) submarine or other rolls, split lengthwise 4
    4 lettuce leaves 4
    1/4 tsp paprika 1 mL

    Recipe



    Toss together chicken, celery, green pepper, apple, salt, curry powder, pepper, mayonnaise and sour cream.
    Line bottom half of each roll with lettuce. Spoon chicken mixture evenly over lettuce. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with tops of rolls.
    For the younger set and those who prefer a milder flavour, decrease or omit curry powder.


    Chicken mixture can be prepared ahead, covered and refrigerated up to 2 days.
    Serve with carrot sticks on the side.
