Makes one sandwich

Einstein Bros® puts a healthy twist on the classic Reuben with its Turkey Pastrami Reuben. This updated American sandwich combines turkey pastrami, steaming hot sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, brown deli mustard and Thousand Island dressing on a delicately toasted pumpernickel bagel.




List of Ingredients




1 pumpernickel bagel, cut in half
1/2 ounce brown deli mustard
1/2 ounce thousand island dressing
3 ounces turkey pastrami, sliced thin and heated
1 ounce sauerkraut, well drained and heated
1 slice (3/4-ounce) Swiss cheese



Recipe



Toast bagel. Spread deli mustard on bottom half of bagel and Thousand Island dressing on top half of bagel.

Place hot turkey pastrami on top of mustard. Layer with hot sauerkraut atop turkey pastrami. Cover with Swiss cheese. Place top half of bagel over cheese. Cut in half and serve immediately.
