    Feasty "BrickHouse" Sandwich

    Source of Recipe

    Feasty Boys

    Recipe Introduction

Tired of the same ol' humdrum, run-o-the-mill sandwich? Well strap on your feedbag and try out "The BrickHouse"... This Feasty beast is so good, it'll have you singin', "I feel like bustin' LOOSE!" like nobody's business!!

    List of Ingredients

1 Round loaf of Sour Dough Bread
    1/4 lb. Fresh Provolone Cheese
1 lb. Smoked Turkey Breast, sliced thin
    1/4 lb. Mozzarella Cheese
1 lb. Baked Ham, sliced thin
    1/2 lb. Genoa Salami
    1/2 lb. Pastrami, sliced thin
    8 oz. Feta Cheese
    1 Red Onion, sliced thin
    Feasty Oven Roasted Tomatoes
    Olive Oil
    Parmesan Cheese
    Anchovies, optional
    1 Cinderblock

    Recipe

Cut the top off of the Round bread and save top; gradually hollow out the bread leaving approx. 1" of thickness... Line bottom of the loaf with several slices of Provolone Cheese. Then proceed to fill the remainder of the loaf, alternating meats, cheeses, tomatoes, onions, etc... occassionally drizzling with Parmesan cheese, olive oil and/or Roasted Tomato Juices... Once the loaf is full, replace the top. Wrap sandwich in plastic wrap and place on cookie sheet. Cover the wrapped sandwich w/ a towel and place the cinderblock on top of sandwich and store in a cool place (i.e. refrigerator or cooler) for several hours, preferrably overnight... When ready to "chow down", slice into managable pieces and ENJOY!!
