    March Madness Bad Boy Brisket Sandwich

    List of Ingredients




    Brisket (trimmed)
    4 cups spicy Bloody-Mary Mix
    2 cups white wine or 1 beer
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. black pepper

    Recipe



    Place brisket in a deep pan and add all ingredients. Cook @ 325 for 4-6 hours. Let meat rest before serving. Slice bread. Top with green leaf lettuce, sliced red onion, brisket and 4 tbs. brisket juice. Enjoy!

    Tip of the Week: Be sure to tightly cover brisket pan with foil. This keeps the brisket moist.
