    1 cup cream cheese, softened
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 (15-oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 cup frozen corn kernels, thawed
    1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
    1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
    10 (10-inch) flour tortillas
    10 ozs. shredded Cheddar cheese, taco or nacho flavored
    1 lb. deli ham, thinly sliced

    Recipe



    1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and taco seasoning in medium bowl until smooth and well blended.

    2. Add next 5 ingredients and stir to blend.

    3. Spread approximately 1/3 cup of vegetable filling onto each tortilla, within 1/2 inch of edge.

    4. Sprinkle cheese over filling. Lay slices of ham over cheese and roll tortilla.

    5. Wrap rolled tortilla in plastic wrap, Refrigerate up to 36 hours.

    6. Prior to serving, unwrap tortillas and slice ends off. Slice remaining tortilla wrap into 11/2-inch slices to serve. (Must be kept refrigerated to ensure food safety.)

    Makes about 60 bite-size wraps.
