1 French Baguette
1C Fresh Spinach Leaves
1/2C Sliced Red Onion
2LG Tomatoes Sliced
1# of grilled chicken breast
1/4C Feta cheese Recipe
Slice baguette lengthwise without going all the way through.(Hinged loaf) Remove inside of bread so what you are now left with is a hollowed hinged baguette. Slice chicken into a julienne and begin layering ingredients inside the baguette. Fold bread closed and place on a piece of aluminum foil. Wrap and seal bread into your foil and place on a grill over medium low heat and close lid. Cook for 5-6 minutes, checking that bread isn't burning. If it's getting too toasty, lower heat. When cheese is beginning to soften and bread is warmed, remove from grill, and drizzel insides with Vinagrette. Cut into sections and serve!
