    # 1 Chicken breast
    # Egg wash
    # Italian Bread Crumbs
    # 4-6 Sun dried tomatoes (soft, not oil packed)
    # 1/2 Large roasted sweet red pepper
    # 2 Ounce fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
    # Your favorite Italian dressing

    Butterfly chicken breast, dip in egg wash then Italian breadcrumbs, and fry until golden. Cut the French min baguette lengthwise then layer the chicken, tomatoes, red pepper, and mozzarella cheese. Dress with your favorite Italian dressing and enjoy.
